DIVERSE EXPERIENCE

The Moscati Law Firm has the ability and experience to provide select legal services in several of the most important legal jurisdictions in the country. Though primarily a litigation boutique practice, we can also meet the needs of clients in a few other chosen areas where our resources allow us to maintain the elite standards to which we hold ourselves. This is made possible for several reasons. First, Mr. Moscati’s dual career as an Assistant U.S. Attorney and an Army Judge Advocate allowed him to specialize as a trial attorney, while also gaining broad experience in other legal disciplines serving our nation’s soldiers in the largest law firm in the world, the Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps. Secondly, these positions led him to practice law literally across the globe, and to establish networking contacts akin to those of a major law firm. Finally, The Moscati Law Firm is so-named because it can draw on the expertise of three other Moscati family member attorneys, who, though not yet members of the firm, are available for consultation in highly-specialized fields, and can provide additional resources when needed.
