The Moscati Law Firm is led by Robert C. Moscati, a former federal prosecutor and retired, senior Army Judge Advocate.  Mr. Moscati is a highly-skilled, experienced litigator with a reputation for compelling oral and written advocacy in matters of significant local, state, national, and indeed, global interest.

Our firm was founded on the principle of righting wrongs.  Unfortunately, in today’s world, it sometimes becomes necessary to seek the help of an attorney to protect your rights.  Do not assume others will be persuaded by fairness or reasonableness.  If only that was true.  We will handle your matter in an aggressive and professional manner that puts your interests first.  When hired, we vow to partner with you.  As partners, our interests will merge with your own.  And because we have committed to remaining a boutique practice, your case will receive our undivided focus at all times.  While this may seem to be a basic tenet of all legal representation, in practice it may not be.

Our trademark slogan, Jurisperitus, Integritas, Fortitudinis, further informs clients what to expect when retaining The Moscati Law Firm.  Jurisperitus means, “skilled in the law,” and connotes an expertise gained through experience and years of careful practice, rather than only one’s innate ability.  Integritas is a type of “wholeness,” which, when applied to character, means complete, pure, and morally upstanding, especially in contrast to that which is compromised, showing divided interest, or is disloyal.  Fortitudinis first translates to “strength,” both physical and mental.  Its usage then evolved to describe heroic courage in the face of obstacles, as well as resolute constancy through adversity.
